Do We Buy “Ugly” Houses?

I can’t tell you how often people ask us, …”are you the ones with the “We Buy Ugly Houses” billboards around town?”

To answer that question, no, we are not.  We do however buy all types of  houses in Colorado Springs.  Even if a house needs a lot of work or has quite a bit of deferred maintenance, or in some cases, just needs brought up to current styles, yes, we can buy the house, and more importantly, unlike some of those ‘big billboard’ companies, we can buy your house at a fair price.
